  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Lay them flat, layer with ham and Swiss cheese, then roll tightly and secure with toothpicks.
  3. Dip each roll in beaten eggs, then coat in panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Place rolled chicken seam-side down in the baking dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  5. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Stir in heavy cream and garlic powder until smooth. Gradually whisk in Parmesan until creamy.
