- 1 cup croutons
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Grill over medium heat for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F).
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Chop the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine chopped lettuce, sliced chicken, croutons, and Parmesan cheese.
- Drizzle with Caesar dressing and toss gently to coat.
- Serve immediately with extra Parmesan on top if desired.
