Instructions

- Sauté Chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add diced chicken and minced garlic; cook until golden brown (7-10 minutes).
- Add Veggies & Seasoning: Stir in mixed vegetables, soy sauce, paprika, and cumin; cook until veggies are tender yet crunchy (about 5 minutes).
- Finish with Lemon Juice: Drizzle fresh lemon juice over the mixture.
- Assemble Bowls: Serve rice topped with the chicken and veggie mix.
