- 2–3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 2 ripe avocados
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Grill for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing it into strips. In a bowl, mix the chicken strips with ranch dressing until well coated.
- On each tortilla, layer shredded lettuce, sliced avocado, and diced tomatoes. Add the ranch-chicken mixture in the center.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the fillings.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla and roll from the bottom up to secure the filling tightly.
- Serve immediately or slice in half for easier eating.
