- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 ripe avocados
- 4 large flour tortillas
- ½ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- Juice of 2 limes
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken by mixing lime juice, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Cook the marinated chicken in a skillet over medium heat with olive oil for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and allow to cool.
- Mash the avocados in a bowl and mix in chopped cilantro and salt.
- Slice the cooked chicken into strips. Lay tortillas flat and layer with chicken, avocado mixture, and sour cream.
- Roll the tortillas tightly, tucking in the sides to secure the filling.
- Serve immediately, slicing each burrito in half for easy handling.
