Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll pizza dough into a rectangle, about ¼ inch thick.
- Brush olive oil over the dough and evenly spread minced garlic.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, and dried herbs on top.
- Roll the dough tightly from one end to the other and slice into 1-inch pinwheels.
- Arrange on a lined baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving with warm pizza sauce.
