- 4 cups mixed greens
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced
- ¼ cup dressing of choice (ranch or vinaigrette)
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and fully cooked through.
- Rinse mixed greens under cold water and drain well. Arrange them in serving bowls.
- Layer cooked beef over the greens in each bowl. Top with cherry tomatoes, cheddar cheese, and avocado slices.
- Drizzle your choice of dressing over each bowl generously.
