Instructions

- In a mixing bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread them in a single layer on a baking sheet without overcrowding.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes until golden brown, stirring halfway through for even cooking.
- Drizzle with balsamic vinegar before serving and toss gently.
