Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, flour, baking powder, and sugar; whisk until mixed.
- Add milk, eggs, and vanilla extract; stir gently until just combined.
- Fold in fresh blueberries carefully to avoid bursting.
- Spoon the batter into muffin cups until about 3/4 full. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to wire racks.
