Instructions
- Prepare ingredients by chopping lettuce and tomatoes.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef for 7-10 minutes, breaking it up as it cooks.
- Drain excess fat if necessary, then stir in taco seasoning and water according to package instructions. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Warm tortillas in another skillet over low heat for about 30 seconds on each side until pliable.
- Assemble your tacos by placing seasoned beef in each tortilla and topping with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and sour cream.
- Serve immediately with lime wedges for added zest.
