- 1 lb ground beef (80/20 lean-to-fat ratio)
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 8 small flour or corn tortillas
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 lime wedges
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked, breaking into small pieces.
- Drain excess fat if necessary, then add taco seasoning and water per package instructions. Stir and simmer for about five minutes.
- While the meat cooks, warm tortillas in a dry skillet or wrap in foil and place in an oven preheated to 350°F for about ten minutes.
- Assemble tacos by placing seasoned beef on each tortilla and topping with fresh cilantro and any additional toppings you prefer.
- Squeeze lime juice over the tacos before serving.
