Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add sliced mushrooms and chopped onions. Sauté until softened and golden brown, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
- Pour in beef broth and Dijon mustard; mix well and simmer for about 5 minutes to reduce slightly.
- Lower the heat, stir in sour cream until well combined, creating a creamy sauce.
- Serve over egg noodles or rice, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
