- 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
- 8 slices thick-cut bacon
- ½ cup breadcrumbs (plain or Italian seasoned)
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into meatballs about 1 inch in diameter.
- Cut each bacon slice in half and wrap each meatball snugly with bacon. Secure with toothpicks if needed.
- Place the meatballs on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the bacon is golden brown.
- Transfer to a serving platter, remove toothpicks if used, and enjoy!
