- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Pat chicken breasts dry; season both sides with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix garlic powder, paprika, thyme, and olive oil; rub over the chicken.
- Place chicken in the prepared baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- While chicken bakes, combine soy sauce and honey in a saucepan over medium heat; simmer for 5 minutes.
- Once cooked, drizzle the sauce over the chicken before serving.
