Instructions
- Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface until ¼ inch thick.
- Cut the dough into 3-inch squares.
- Place one slice of pepperoni and a tablespoon of shredded mozzarella on each square; add a small dollop of pizza sauce if desired.
- Fold each square over to create pockets and pinch edges tightly to seal.
- Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for 5 minutes.
- Arrange rolls in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 6-8 minutes or until golden brown.
