- 1/2 cup salted caramel sauce
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream the softened butter with brown and granulated sugars until fluffy.
- Beat in eggs one at a time along with vanilla extract.
- Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until just combined.
- In a separate bowl, blend cream cheese with salted caramel sauce until smooth.
- Scoop dough onto prepared sheets; make an indentation in each ball for the filling.
- Fill each indentation with cream cheese mixture and cover lightly with more dough.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are golden brown.
