- Whole milk

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast. Add warm milk (110°F) and melted butter; stir until soft dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5 minutes until smooth; place in an oiled bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle about half an inch thick; spread softened butter over it.
- Sprinkle brown sugar mixed with chopped pecans evenly on top; roll tightly into a log and slice into 2-inch pieces.
- Place in a greased baking dish and let rise for another 30 minutes. Bake at 350°F for about 25 minutes until golden brown.
- Drizzle with warm maple glaze as they cool on wire racks.
