- 1 cup dark chocolate (at least 70% cocoa)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour (sifted)
- 1 cup fresh raspberries (or frozen, thawed)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt dark chocolate and unsalted butter together in short bursts until smooth.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk granulated sugar and eggs until combined, then stir in the melted chocolate mixture.
- In another bowl, mix all-purpose flour with a pinch of salt, then fold into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Gently fold in the fresh raspberries.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool before slicing.
