Ingredients
- 200g high-quality dark chocolate (70% cocoa)
- 3 large eggs
- 100g granulated sugar
- 300ml heavy cream
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
Instructions
- Melt the dark chocolate using a double boiler until smooth.
- In a bowl, whisk egg yolks with half the sugar until thickened; mix with cooled chocolate.
- Whip egg whites until soft peaks form; gradually add remaining sugar and beat to glossy peaks.
- Gently fold egg whites into the chocolate mixture, then fold in whipped cream until fully combined.
- Spoon into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
