Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over low heat, then let cool slightly.
- In a large bowl, whisk together granulated sugar, brown sugar, and eggs until combined. Stir in melted butter and vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, and salt until well blended. Gradually fold dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan, smoothing it evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs.
- Allow brownies to cool before cutting into squares.
