Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Rinse and drain the chickpeas thoroughly, then pat them dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, toss the chickpeas with olive oil, sea salt, smoked paprika, garlic powder, ground cumin, and cayenne pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread the seasoned chickpeas in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 20-30 minutes until golden brown and crispy, shaking the pan halfway through for even cooking.
- Let cool slightly before serving to enhance their crunch.
