Instructions
- Wash and thinly slice the potatoes using a mandoline or sharp knife.
- Soak the potato slices in cold water for 30 minutes to remove excess starch.
- Drain and thoroughly dry the slices with paper towels.
- Toss the dried slices in a bowl with olive oil, salt, and paprika until evenly coated.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Arrange the potato slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Allow to cool slightly before enjoying.
