- 1 package (9 oz) cheese ravioli (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup Italian-style breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup marinara sauce (for dipping)
- Olive oil spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In one bowl, whisk the eggs until frothy. In another bowl, mix breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
- Dip each ravioli in the egg mixture, allowing excess to drip off, then coat with the breadcrumb mix.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil spray and arrange the breaded ravioli in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown and crispy.
- Heat marinara sauce while ravioli cooks. Serve hot with sauce on the side.
