- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place chicken breasts between plastic wrap and pound to about ½ inch thick.
- In a bowl, combine Panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken breast in olive oil, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Arrange on a lined baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- To make the creamy garlic sauce, melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat, sauté garlic until fragrant (1-2 minutes), add heavy cream, simmer for 5 minutes, season with salt and pepper.
- Serve the baked chicken drizzled with the creamy garlic sauce.
