- 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup low-sodium chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Dip each chicken breast into the breadcrumb mixture until fully coated.
- Place breaded chicken in the baking dish and bake for 25–30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream and chicken broth until well combined.
- Serve baked chicken with rich garlic sauce drizzled on top, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
