  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese.
