- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

- 2 large eggs, beaten

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a baking sheet with olive oil or cooking spray.
- Set up three shallow dishes: one with flour seasoned with salt and pepper, one with beaten eggs, and one filled with panko breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder.
- Dredge each chicken breast in flour, then dip into the egg mixture, and finally roll in panko breadcrumbs until fully coated.
- Place the coated chicken breasts on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F/74°C).
- Let rest for five minutes before slicing, then serve with lemon wedges or your preferred dipping sauce.
