- 12 wonton wrappers
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup jalapenos, diced (fresh or pickled)
- 1/4 cup bacon bits (optional)
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly spray a muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray. Press each wonton wrapper into the cups to form little bowls.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, diced jalapenos, and bacon bits if using. Mix until smooth.
- Fill each wonton cup generously with the cheesy mixture.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and crispy.
- Allow to cool slightly before topping with chopped green onions. Serve warm.
