- 2 large russet potatoes (about 400g), peeled and grated

- 1/4 cup vegetable oil (60ml)
Instructions
- Rinse grated potatoes under cold water to remove excess starch.
- Drain and thoroughly dry the potatoes using a clean kitchen towel.
- In a bowl, mix the dried potatoes with chopped onion, salt, and pepper.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Spoon portions of the mixture into the skillet, flattening slightly, and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
- Transfer to paper towels to absorb excess oil before serving.
