Instructions
- Marinate chicken in buttermilk mixed with salt and pepper for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Set up a breading station with seasoned flour (flour mixed with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper).
- Dredge marinated chicken in the flour mixture until fully coated.
- Heat oil in a skillet or deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry chicken pieces for 6-8 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F/75°C).
- Drain on paper towels before serving.
