- 1 package egg roll wrappers (about 20 wrappers)
- 1 cup crab meat (fresh or canned)
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 2 green onions (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, cream cheese, green onions, garlic powder, and soy sauce until well blended.
- Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface with one corner facing you. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of filling onto the center. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, fold in the sides, and roll tightly towards the top corner.
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan to about 350°F (175°C). Carefully add egg rolls in batches and fry until golden brown and crispy, about 3-5 minutes per batch.
- Remove cooked egg rolls using a slotted spoon and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
