  • Total Time: 30 minutes
  • Yield: Approximately 10 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package egg roll wrappers (about 20 wrappers)
  • 1 cup crab meat (fresh or canned)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 green onions (finely chopped)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, cream cheese, green onions, garlic powder, and soy sauce until well blended.
  2. Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface with one corner facing you. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of filling onto the center. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, fold in the sides, and roll tightly towards the top corner.
  3. Heat oil in a deep frying pan to about 350°F (175°C). Carefully add egg rolls in batches and fry until golden brown and crispy, about 3-5 minutes per batch.
  4. Remove cooked egg rolls using a slotted spoon and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
