Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Trim excess fat from the chicken breasts and cut them into strips about 1 inch wide.
- Set up three bowls: mix flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in one; whisk eggs in the second; place breadcrumbs in the third.
- Dredge each chicken strip in flour, dip into egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Arrange the breaded strips on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F).
- Serve hot with your choice of dipping sauce.
