Instructions
- Cut chicken breasts into uniform bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and any additional spices. Add chicken pieces and coat well.
- In another bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese if using. Roll each chicken piece in this mixture until fully coated.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place coated chicken bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer without overcrowding. Cook for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving with your favorite dipping sauces.
