- 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs (about 1.5 lbs)
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
- Pat chicken thighs dry and mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Coat each thigh generously.
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the seasoned thighs before placing them in the baking dish.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and skin is crispy.
- Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
