  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 box (6 oz) stuffing mix
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp freshly cracked black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then place them in the baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, minced garlic, onion powder, and pepper until smooth. Pour this sauce over the chicken.
