- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Sauté the spinach in a skillet over medium heat until wilted, about 2 minutes. Let it cool slightly before chopping finely.
- In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese, sour cream, and shredded Parmesan until smooth. Stir in chopped spinach, drained artichokes, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture evenly into a baking dish.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
- Let cool slightly before serving with tortilla chips or veggie sticks.
