Instructions
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine cooked rice, milk, sugar, salt, and cinnamon. Stir until well blended.
- Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer while stirring occasionally until it starts bubbling around the edges.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Allow the pudding to cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy warm or chilled!
- Garnish with extra cinnamon or fresh fruit if desired.
