Ingredients
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Cook fettuccine in salted boiling water until al dente; drain.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat, add garlic, and sauté until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Remove from heat and mix in Parmesan cheese until melted; season with salt and pepper.
- Combine pasta and sauce in a bowl, then transfer to the baking dish.
- Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
