- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, blend Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and honey until smooth.
- Gently fold in chocolate chips if using.
- Spoon the mixture into silicone molds or lined mini muffin tins, filling generously.
- Freeze for at least 3 hours until firm.
- Once set, remove from molds and enjoy immediately.
