- 1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 medium cucumber (about 200g), grated and excess moisture removed
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Grate the cucumber into a bowl and squeeze out excess moisture using paper towels.
- In another bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped dill, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Gently fold the grated cucumber into the yogurt mixture until evenly combined.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled with crackers or vegetable sticks.
