- 1 cup lump crab meat
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 10 wonton wrappers
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly spray a baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, and green onions until smooth.
- Gently fold in the crab meat.
- Spread the mixture into the prepared baking dish and bake for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Cut wonton wrappers into triangles, bake on another sheet for 8–10 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve hot with crispy wontons or your favorite dippers.
