  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • ½ cup Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  3. Add spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted (2 minutes).
  4. Pour in heavy cream, garlic powder, and half of the Parmesan cheese; stir until combined and bubbly (3-4 minutes).
  5. Fold in gnocchi and mix gently before transferring everything to a greased baking dish.
  6. Combine remaining Parmesan cheese with breadcrumbs and drizzle with 1 tablespoon olive oil; sprinkle over the top.
