- Fettuccine pasta
- Boneless skinless chicken breasts
- Heavy cream
- Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Minced garlic
- Low-sodium chicken broth
Instructions
- Cook fettuccine in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a skillet, cook over medium heat in olive oil until browned and cooked through (6-8 minutes per side). Remove from heat and slice.
- In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring until combined.
- Reduce heat to low and mix in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Toss the cooked fettuccine into the sauce until well coated.
- Serve topped with sliced chicken and additional Parmesan if desired.
