  • 8 oz fettuccine or penne pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Boil salted water in a large pot and cook the pasta according to package instructions. Add broccoli during the last 2 minutes of cooking. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning; sauté until golden brown and cooked through (about 6 minutes per side). Remove from skillet and slice.
  3. In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute). Pour in heavy cream and stir in Parmesan until smooth.
  4. Combine drained pasta and broccoli with the sauce in the skillet, mixing gently to coat evenly.
  5. Serve topped with sliced chicken and extra sauce.
