- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
- 1 cup long grain rice
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 medium onion, chopped

- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by chopping garlic and onion finely. Measure out your rice.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add oil and sauté seasoned chicken breasts until golden brown on both sides (about 6-8 minutes).
- Add chopped onion and garlic to the skillet; cook until onions are translucent.
- Stir in rice until well-coated with flavors, then pour in chicken broth and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Once most liquid is absorbed, slowly mix in heavy cream until the mixture becomes creamy.
- Fold in frozen vegetables and Parmesan cheese; cook until heated through.
