  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 8 oz pasta (fettuccine or penne)
  • 2 cups refrigerated or homemade Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season diced chicken with salt and pepper; sauté until golden brown (7-10 minutes).
  4. Add broccoli during the last few minutes of cooking until bright green but slightly tender.
  5. In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, chicken, broccoli, Alfredo sauce, half of the cheese blend, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
