  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

  2. Cook the pasta: boil salted water, add pasta, and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve some pasta water before draining.
  3. Sauté the chicken: melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until golden brown, about 7-10 minutes.
  4. Add garlic: stir in minced garlic when chicken is nearly cooked, sauté for about 1 minute.
  5. Create the Alfredo sauce: pour in heavy cream and gradually mix in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  6. Combine: toss cooked pasta with the sauce in the skillet. If needed, add reserved pasta water to achieve desired consistency. Season with salt and pepper.
