- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- 1. Season the chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet.
- 2. In the same skillet, sauté the minced garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- 3. Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth; let simmer for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
- 4. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and fully incorporated.
- 5. Return the chicken to the skillet and coat it with the sauce; let simmer for another few minutes until heated through.
- 6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
