Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Boil salted water in a large pot and cook pasta until al dente, stirring occasionally.
- Sauté Garlic: In a skillet, melt butter or oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Create Sauce: Pour in heavy cream and add crumbled Boursin cheese. Stir continuously until melted and creamy.
- Combine: Drain the pasta (reserve some water) and toss it into the skillet with the sauce. Mix well to coat evenly.
- Season: Add salt and pepper to taste, adjusting creaminess with reserved pasta water. Top with Parmesan and parsley before serving.
