Instructions
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter until bubbly.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in softened cream cheese until melted and smooth, approximately 2-3 minutes.
- Gradually whisk in the heavy cream until the mixture is silky smooth, about 2 minutes.
- Mix in grated parmesan cheese until fully incorporated and melted, roughly 3-4 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving over your favorite pasta.
