Instructions
- Boil water in a medium saucepan.
- Add cinnamon sticks and reduce heat; steep for 10 minutes.
- Stir in honey or sugar to sweeten; adjust to taste.
- Squeeze in lemon juice and stir well.
- Strain into mugs, discarding cinnamon sticks; garnish with lemon wedges if desired.
